Useful information

• Prices may be modified at any time at the discretion of the company, except for confirmed reservations, which will not be subject to variation even if the rate has changed subsequently.
• Likewise, the minimum stays required in a certain period or bungalow may vary upwards or downwards at any time at the discretion of the Company. Minimum reference stay: 5 nights from June 20 to September 4. Different minimum occupancy nights may apply in certain periods or bungalows.
• To reserve bungalows it is necessary to make a deposit of 40% of the stay by card or bank transfer. The rest of the payment must be paid upon arrival at the campsite.
• Check in from 15:00 / Check out before 12:00 o´clock.
• On arrival, a deposit of 50 € will be charged, which will be returned the day of departure, once the bungalow has been checked. The accommodation must be returned in the same conditions in which it was found. If there is any damage or if it is not returned in optimal conditions of cleanliness (if there is smoking, if there are alterations in the furniture, if there is garbage, dog hair, general disorder, etc.), the deposit will not be refunded.
• Each bungalow has its own parking space. If you come with more than one vehicle, the second vehicle must be parked outside the campsite, excluding the restaurant parking lot.
• The entry, exit or circulation of vehicles is prohibited from 00:00 to 8:00 hours.
• No speed is guaranteed on the Wi-Fi network, especially inside the bungalows, as this is an outside network.
• Pets are allowed in the bungalows, with the following conditions: They must sleep in their own bed, and are not allowed to climb on the bungalow beds. Before leaving the accommodation, it will be necessary to clean and pick up the animal’s hair, as it makes cleaning the accommodation very difficult.
• Smoking is completely prohibited inside the Bungalows.
• The weekly change of sheets is subject to prior consultation at reception and agreement with the cleaning department. If you want additional sets, you can request them at reception with the following cost: shower towel 3 euros, large bed linen 5 euros, small bed linen 3.50 euros.
• Changing the Bungalow (depending on availability) once used, will incur a cleaning fee of 50 euros.
• In bungalows for 6/7 people and in Premium category bungalows for 3/4 people, it will be necessary to communicate the number of people at the time of booking, in order to arrange the extra bed or sofa bed.
• The days in which the lodging does not have effective occupancy will not be discounted in any case.
• Please respect the neighbors, both on the plots and the rest of the bungalows. It is prohibited to carry out any activity that disturbs other campers, such as parties, noise, etc. Total silence is required from 11 at night until 8 in the morning. If this rule is not respected, the stay may be denied.
• The bungalow has bed linen and towels.
• Groups of more than two youth under the age of 21 must be expressly approved in writing by management and may have additional conditions attached to their reservation. If not approved prior to booking or check-in, the stay may be denied with applicable cancellation fees.
• The multi-sport court may be used for authorized group entertainment or other purposes as scheduled or without prior notice in exceptional circumstances. When used for such purposes, ball play will not be permitted on the court, or even entry will not be permitted, for the duration of such activity.
• In general, visits are allowed with prior consent and registration at the reception desk. The use of the campsite facilities, especially the swimming pool, will depend on the number of campers, as capacity is limited. Always consult in advance at the reception desk.
• There may be availability for your preferred dates or bungalow not listed on the website. The minimum reference stay: is 5 nights from June 20 through September 5, although higher or lower minimum occupancy nights may apply based on availability.
