Useful information

• To make your pitch reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay is required. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival.
• When booking a plot through the website, it will be necessary to take into account:
  1. In the case of reserving a plot for a van, its measurements. Up to 5 meters it is considered a small van and over 5 meters it is considered large.
  2. In the case of reserving a plot for a tent, small tents are considered those with one compartment and large tents with 2 compartments or more.
  3. In the case of reserving a pitch for a motorhome, we need to be notified of its dimensions (length and width).
  4. In the case of reserving a caravan pitch, we need to be notified of its dimensions (length and width).
• At all times, the reservation guarantees a pitch at the campsite exclusively only for the items that have been reserved.
• Check in: 12:00 (12:30 from July 15 to August 28) / Check out: 12:00.
• In order to reserve a pitch, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required in the period between July 15 and August 28. The rest of the season a minimum of 2 nights will be required. In the case of booking two to four nights, you will have to pay an amount of €30 in advance. For a stay of five or more nights, the amount will be €60. In both cases, they will be deducted from the total amount of your stay at the campsite.
• If the reserved plot is not occupied before 12:00 o´clock on the day following the arrival date, the reservation will expire and the company will dispose of the plot without returning the deposit made. If the client anticipates a delay in arrival, they must communicate it in advance to maintain the reservation, although they must pay in any case the amount of the days that the plot remains free.
• No reservations will be made for specific plots. The reception keeps the right to choose the best option according to the availability that exists at that time and, if possible, according to the client’s needs.
• Plots may differ from each other in area, shape and amount of shade. The measurements indicated are approximate and the description is generic, so we recommend that you contact reception if your request is subject to special requirements.
• Please respect the neighbors. It is prohibited to carry out any activity that disturbs other campers, such as parties, noise, etc. Total silence is required from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. If this rule is not respected, your stay may be denied.
• The entry, exit or circulation of vehicles is not permitted from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Bicycles, scooters, and others may not circulate on the premises from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• The assembly of facilities is not permitted from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• It is not allowed to light a fire in any area or facility of the campsite.
• Barbecues can only be made if you have the means to do so (portable barbecue) and with prior authorization at reception.
• The car must be parked completely inside your plot. Otherwise, you are not allowed to park it in the parking lot at the campsite entrance, and you must leave the car outside the campsite facilities.
• To access by car you need a card that you can get at the reception. You will be asked for a deposit of five euros, which will be returned on the day of check out, as long as the card is handed over.
• All plots have electrical connection. However, it is advisable to bring an extension cord, as it may happen that the socket is not in the exact location of your plot.
• Dogs must remain leashed at all times within the enclosure, and must not cause a nuisance to the rest of the campers, otherwise they may be refused entry to the campsite.
• To avoid peak hours at reception, you can check out the day before your departure or early in the morning and continue using your pitch until 12:00.
• Groups of more than two youth under the age of 21 must be expressly approved in writing by management and may have additional conditions attached to their reservation. If not approved prior to booking or check-in, the stay may be denied with applicable cancellation fees.
• The multi-sport court may be used for authorized group entertainment or other purposes as scheduled or without prior notice in exceptional circumstances. When used for such purposes, ball play will not be permitted on the court, or even entry will not be permitted, for the duration of such activity.
• In general, visits are allowed with prior consent and registration at the reception desk. The use of the campsite facilities, especially the swimming pool, will depend on the number of campers, as capacity is limited. Always consult in advance at the reception desk.
